Holy Spirit reveal the gaze of love to me, maybe through the eyes of a parent, grandparent,
spouse, child, or friend.
“You are my beloved child…”

Review…

Spirit, where did You reveal Your good today?
Through an act of kindness?
A moment of pleasure?
A sense of well-being?
Something else?

Insight…

How was this good an experience of your saying “yes” to Your grace?
How did I make choices that were not as full as they could have been?
Did I act in a way that might have caused harm?

Healing…

Spirit, where are You present, calling me to new life?
Where do you desire to heal me?
Where have I forgotten to name your good?
Where might your grace reveal a need for mercy, trust, or charity?

Intention…

As I consider the time ahead, where do I feel I most need Your grace?
Where do You want me to receive a greater sense of Your presence and care?
How can I share with others the good you have shared with me?
